Keiki SHINE will support children with school supplies twice a year so that they can be ready and set to learn for the beginning and midpoint of the school year. This program will also provide scholarships to keep child age 3 and up enrolled or attending preschool and pre-kindergarten as well as give underprivileged children access to early childhood education.
